The price tag ( and the silk mark tag if applicable ) has to be present. The Saree folding has to be intact.<\/p>\n<p>Reverse pick up is available for damaged \/ defective items \/ incorrect item for selected Pin codes.<\/p>\n<p>Onward &amp; Return logistic cost of Rs. 75\/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.<\/p>\n<p>Refund \/ gift card will be issued after receiving the item and\u00a0approved by our quality assurance team. Refund amount\/ Gift card will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company\/ customer will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>All the refunds will be\u00a0credited to the same payment mode\u00a0through\u00a0which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h5>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Varnnam believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Refund will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit\/Debit\/Net banking facility.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">In case Blouse stitching, fall \/pico, Blouse detachment or tasseling has been done as per request of the customer, no cancellation or change is possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>RETURN\/EXCHANGE POLICY<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 24hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Varnnam Team.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stand true.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and\/or device settings.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Please ensure that sarees are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Once the Varnnam team decides to accept the request, It shall take a week\u2019s time to refund or exchange.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all.
